  Flying Pig 2009 0480.jpg - This explained a lot.... during the race I kept watching my Garmin305... and I was surprised the mileage was so far off. The GPS would show I was at mile X, but I would not get to the race side timing stand for quite awhile... later I see they added the .25 miles. It must have been close to the start since it was off after only mile 3 or 4.
